Becoming Los Angeles
At the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County, we collaborated with an extraordinary team of historians, architects, exhibition designers, fabricators and technologists to develop the permanent exhibition, Becoming Los Angeles. The exhibition uses the Museum’s existing collection of cultural artifacts to tell the story of this ancient and future city. We combined historic paintings with objects, wood carvings, and representations of pivotal moments and iconic places to illuminate Los Angeles County’s ecological, urban, and social history.
